We are students too, and we built this site the way we would want a site to treat us: it asks only for what it needs to answer you, it uses no cookies and it follows no one around.
Dojo is built, hosted and maintained by its three founders, students in medicine, engineering and law. We run this website and are responsible for the personal data collected through it.
This policy covers the Dojo website only: the home page, the Dojo Campus and Dojo Solo pages, and the contact and early access form.
The study platform itself, used by schools and students, has its own privacy policy, available inside the platform.
Only what you type into the contact form, and nothing else:
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not record your IP address, your browsing or your location.
If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser. It never reaches us.
Only to answer you:
Only the Dojo team. Form entries are stored in Dojo's own database, hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt (European Union), that only we can open. We also receive each entry by e-mail, sent through Resend. Neither uses it for anything else.
We never sell your details, never share them for marketing and never add you to any other list.
We keep your details while we are in touch. If nothing comes of it, we delete them within 12 months.
Sending the form is your choice, and you can change your mind at any time. You can ask us to:
Write to [email protected], reply to any email we sent you, or use the contact form. We act on every request within 30 days.
